Yoga and Meditation - Mondays 6.15pm to 7.30pm
“Steven is a British Wheel of Yoga diploma level trained and qualified teacher. Teaching in a classical Hatha style, his approach to yoga is a very simple one, to provide students with classes that are safe, sustainable, and most importantly functional. Letting go of the idea of the perfect posture Steven supports students to find the yoga
that best fits their bodies, enabling and supporting them to re-discover and maintain healthy human movement that can be taken beyond the mat and into day-to-day life.” Steven is also a qualified Sports Massage Therapist (level 3 and 4) and a structural re-balancing Therapist.
“Min is a healer and massage therapist, with a background in Social Work. Min regularly uses breathwork and meditation in 1:1 sessions and workshop settings to encourage and develop every-day tools to find mindfulness, relaxation and stress relieving techniques that are simple, reachable and usable.”
We will bring you a functional and enjoyable 75 minutes of yoga and meditation every Monday evening. Many people believe Yoga and Meditation are outside of their reach, but we believe differently and hope you will come and explore endless possibilities of improved mobility, awareness of mind and body and relaxation.
Suitable for all levels of interest and ability. 60 minutes yoga and 15 minutes meditation.

Cost: £10 per class - Calendar Monthly commitment and financial commitment required.
