I began having treatment with Min in Spring 2018 following a friend's recommendation.   I had been diagnosed with spinal stenosis and was on the waiting list for surgery to decompress the spine.   At the time I could not walk more than about 100 yards without significant pain.  Nor could I lie flat on my back as this bent the spine the wrong way.

Initially I saw min at two-weekly intervals.  After two or three sessions I noticed the pain in my back had started to reduce.  After three months - just before the operation was scheduled - it had gone entirely and I cancelled my operation.  I can now walk totally pain free and am able to take the dogs for a brisk 3-mile walk with no problems.  More recently I developed a frozen shoulder, which Min also managed to put right.

Min's knowledge and expertise is remarkable.   Treatments of this sort can often be something to be endured but I actually look forward to these sessions very much.  They are enjoyable and relaxing - good for the soul as well as the body.

I now see Min about every 6 weeks for a bit of "fine tuning" and relaxation and have recommended her to a number of my friends.  Annie Cranford.

Having suffered back, neck and shoulder problems regularly for most of my adult life and having been right around the houses with a plethora of expensive osteopaths, chiropracters (and more!) without any lasting success I was stunned at the positive results of my visits to Min. She was able to immediately identify where my problems lay, gave me treatment from which I felt immediate and lasting benefit and also advised me on preventative course of actions which have helped to keep me mobile and happy! I am very happy to recommend Min and do so already to anyone in need! Marv.

"I have been going to Min regularly for many years now. I have suffered from back pain all my adult life and am most grateful to her for listening to me. She has a natural instinct or awareness for where my troubled areas are, and massages until she is satisfied there is as much improvement possible. Her knowledge and other healing skills are extensive, but she never hesitates to say if she thinks I would benefit from seeing a Physiotherapist or Osteopath, so I know I am in safe hands. I definitely benefit enormously from her wonderful massages, which keep me moving."  HB.
